Shannon is the reason Bella Amici Salon exists. She opened the doors eight years ago and grew the salon to what it is today. She is a graduate from the Douglas J. Aveda School in East Lansing, Michigan and continues her education by attending training opportunites to keep up with the latest techniques. Shannon enjoys giving her clients hair that fits their face shape perfectly. She is a master at texturizing and loves to nourish hair back to health while always keeping up-to-date with the latest trends of the season.
When not at the salon, you will find Shannon with her four children enjoying all the activites and wonder that Northern Michgan offer. She is an outdoor enthusiast and athlete, recently finding a passion and excelling in mountain bike racing. You'll see her riding for her sponsor, M22, this year.

Micah Clanton
Micah is a graduate of Booker Institute of Cosmetology and attends yearly classes and hair shows that demonstrate the latest trends in cutting, color, and style.

Mandi McTaggart
Mandi has been in the industry for over ten years and is a Salon Loreal Professional Expert. With constant continuing education and a love for hair color she enjoys making each and every client feel confident and the best version of themselves. Mandi has a wide range of expertise from on trend cuts to custom color specializing in balyage and vivid color. She also can lengthen and transform your hair into the dream head of hair you have always wanted working with Ninfas tape in hair extensions and Jewell Clip, Luxury Clip In hair extensions. Spending time consulting with each and every client shows that not only does she want you to love your hair in the salon she wants you to continue to love it as the days and weeks after your appointment.
Rachel Brown
Rachael is a 2009 graduate of Douglas J. Aveda institute in East Lansing. Upon graduation, Rachael moved to Traverse City to begin her career as a stylist in a town that she loves. Specializing in dimensional color and cutting, what Rachael loves most is providing every client with a complete look that fits their lifestyle and allows them to recreate their look long after leaving her chair.
Rachael has a true passion for learning and continuing to grow as a stylist, and is thrilled to be a part of the team here at Bella Amici.

Cai Minnis
Cai received her education by apprenticing for two years at Impress Salon and has been doing hair for 15 years. She is a master of the fundamentals and works hard to ensure she is up to date on the latest styles and trends.
Cai is super grateful for the ability to connect with each of her clients! Focused on a collaborative approach with her clients, she provides them with a personalized experience that helps achieve their creative vision. Cai focuses on building relationships so she can craft a hairstyle fits perfectly with your lifestyle.
In her free time she focuses her energy on time with her kiddos. Cai enjoys getting out and exploring all the beauty that Northern Michigan has to offer. You will often find her with her family and friends hiking, on the back of a motorcycle, looking for amazing beaches and listening to her favorite music. Libby Semeyn
Libby is a graduate of Douglas J. Aveda Institute and is always continuing her education. She specializes in blonde and creative color, and men's hair cuts, but truly enjoys all aspects of hairdressing. Libby loves to build relationships with her clients and makes them feel at home while they are at the salon. It is also important for her to take time and educate her clients on how they can achieve the same look by themselves at home.
